Xena without armor
Series: Xena the Warrior Princess
Version: without armor
Debut: Wizard World Chicago Comic-con 2010
Status: Completed
I loved Xena when I was a kid and in the spring of 2010 I rewatched the whole series and fell in love again. Later I was talking with some friends and they commented how well fit this character is to me. So I went ahead and made the costume. I used vinyl for the main part of the costume. I made the shoes myself with a micro-swayed fabric. The skirt is hand rivited and has over 300 little rivits in it. The top is a corset with another corset underneath the costume. My weapons were made by Final Cosplay Corps.
Best part of wearing this costume was when people not only know who I was but thought that I was Lucy Lawless. I was so honored by this.
